Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen peas
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
