Free Range Whole Chickens

All products being couriered for Christmas delivery will be sent out frozen. If you collect from the farm or a farmers market your products will be fresh (other than our ducks which are always frozen)

This is due to Christmas falling on a Wednesday this year. Couriers don’t deliver or collect over the weekend therefore our only option, to ensure you continue to have the best quality Christmas bird this year, is for us to blast freeze when the poultry is at its absolute best (if we send out earlier, fresh, you will need to freeze it anyway to ensure it lasts until Christmas) . We can professionally blast freeze all products to ensure absolute quality. Full defrosting instruction will be provided our website.

Christmas deliveries will be dispatched from the farm on Wednesday 18th December for delivery on Thursday 19th. This way your product will arrive frozen ready to pop straight in your freezer so you are prepared for Christmas day.

Delivery on Thursday 19th December also provide a day’s grace to allow for Christmas delivery madness. If a delivery is missed on Thursday, it will be delivered on Friday 20th December without any adverse implications to the products (and means your products won’t be stored in the couriers warehouse over the weekend).
