We’re on the Christmas countdown already!

WOW! We are only just about to enter into the Summer months, and of course everything is still up in the air with the awful Coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic, but nothing can stop us preparing for Christmas.

The goslings have arrived on the farm and are settling in well to their new home for the next few months. The Free Range Kids are getting stuck in as normal taking an active role in looking after them, after all without school to go to, this is farm and life lessons at their very best!

The goslings have a way to go yet but as all of our birds are slow grown, it means they are given the chance to mature naturally free from additives and growth promoters and when birds are given the chance to mature that can only mean one thing…. deep, rich and textured meat with amazing flavour, so whilst it is too early to be thinking about ordering your christmas dinner just now, you know that here at Beech Ridge Farm we have it all under control for you for when the time comes to think about the festivities (just 33 weeks to go!!)
